This unit also provides general OPD and special OPD ((Pulmonology, general paediatrics, rheumatology clinics) services every day. Students of Ibrahim Medical College come for clinical posting in this unit. Post-graduate trainee doctors also come for supervised training in this unit.  This unit is also involved in research work.

Neonatology (Unit 2, Blue)

This unit has shown excellence in managing emergency cases of neonatology. This unit currently has 18 incubators/radiant warmers & 9 baby cots. This unit has the most recently functioning machines like ventilators, CPAP machines, LED phototherapy machines, vital sign monitor, Pulse oximeter, ABG machines etc. Doctors in this unit are extremely efficient in their clinical skills like neonatal resuscitation, intubation, water seal drainage, pleural fluid aspiration, exchange transfusion. This unit takes care of not only inborn but also out born neonates. Besides providing clinical services, this unit is also recognized as a post graduate institute for MD neonatology.
